Capital One has officially opened its highly anticipated lounge at Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), located in Terminal 1, Concourse D, near Gate 50. Spanning 8,200 square feet and seating 135 guests, the lounge offers an array of exclusive amenities designed to elevate the airport experience. Open daily from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m., it provides travelers a chance to relax, work, or unwind in style before their next flight.
The lounge’s design reflects Nevada’s desert landscape, with earthy tones inspired by the region’s white, tan, and red sandstone. Capital One collaborated with over a dozen local artists, filling the walls with abstract landscape paintings and portraits of desert dwellers. The space also includes several seating options, all equipped with charging stations, plus two private workspaces and a relaxation room with dim lighting that mimics the nighttime sky.
Guests can grab a quick bite from the lounge’s signature Grab & Go area, offering water, coffee, and healthy snacks like cauliflower wraps, white bean chickpea salad, and fruit cups. The food offerings are diverse, with a menu that includes breakfast items like Greek yogurt parfaits, avocado toast with smoked salmon, and a chili crisp sweet potato hash. For lunch and dinner, dishes such as deviled eggs topped with caviar, falafel hummus bowls, and braised short rib with whipped parsnip and truffle jus are served buffet-style.
A fun highlight of the lounge is the self-serve artisanal soda station, featuring unique flavors like pineapple cream, citrus hibiscus orange, and black cherry tarragon. Additionally, Capital One has partnered with local businesses like Vesta Coffee Roasters, offering their Goddess Blend coffee, and Suzuya Patisserie, providing freshly made pastries and macaroons.
In addition to the regular menu, the lounge introduces “Daily Rituals,” a series of experiences designed to enhance wellness. Morning offerings include an Italian-style iced coffee called Caffè Shakerato, while afternoon tea is served with wellness blends and pastries. Guests can also enjoy a Sunset Sparkling Toast, celebrating the view with a toast to the day’s end.
For access, Capital One’s Venture X, Venture X Business, Venture, and Spark Miles cardholders can enjoy free entry, with Venture X cardholders allowed to bring two guests at no charge. Those without these cards can enter for $45 per visit, or $90 for general access.
This new lounge adds to Capital One’s growing network of airport lounges, with other locations already in Dallas Fort Worth, Denver, and Washington D.C. Future plans include a lounge at New York’s JFK Airport, expected in 2025.
